I am an IT Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex programmes in demanding environments — from international consulting engagements with global automotive groups to hands-on digitalisation in a precision manufacturing company.
My consulting years at EFS Consulting in Vienna put me in the middle of large-scale IT programmes across Europe and Asia. I planned and managed projects end to end, coordinated multinational teams, built governance structures and drove delivery from concept through to go-live. Service management was one of the domains I worked in — but the core skill is running complex projects and making them land.
Since 2025, I have been leading IT and digitalisation programmes at VMS GmbH, a precision CNC manufacturing company in Bavaria. This covers compliance frameworks, process automation and building custom software tools to replace manual workflows across production and administration.
I hold an MSc in Management from the Barcelona School of Management (UPF) with a GPA of 8.45, alongside certifications in Scrum, ISO 27001 and leadership. I am native in German, fluent in English, and looking for my next challenge in Munich or remotely.
